IT Systems Architecture Apprentice

Overview

The group maintains a centralized IT organization (DSI) that supports global digital transformation and technology governance across its Houses.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Architecture Reference Library: structure, organize and update core architecture documents (architecture principles, technical standards, solution patterns, application and business maps, application datasheets) and ensure documentation accessibility for stakeholders.
• Record and track architectural decisions and their impacts within the architecture toolset (LeanIX / Smoteo / Archi); create and update maps (Business Capabilities, Applications, Processes) and analytical views.
• Support the intake process for new initiatives: onboard projects into the architecture governance, prepare materials for architecture reviews and governance committees, and verify completeness of required information.
• Assist Data Governance activities: follow requests for data exchanges (APIs, ETL flows), document data flows and interface contracts for inbound/outbound exchanges.
• Support run-phase activities of the integration platform: assist teams with level-1 incident tracking and document incident resolutions and remedial actions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Project Management, Systems Architecture, or equivalent business school specialization.
• Solid interest in enterprise architecture, integration and data management, with working knowledge of core IT concepts (databases, networks, cloud, APIs).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in French and English to engage both business and IT stakeholders in an international context.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, proactivity and a collaborative mindset.

Beginner — suitable for a Master’s-level student seeking an apprenticeship; prior internships or first exposure to IT projects, data or integration topics are a plus but not required.

Education

Master’s degree in progress (Bac+4/5) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Project Management, Systems Architecture or Business School with IT specialization.
