Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage media requests, including press releases and visuals, for both French and international markets.
  • Oversee editorial calendars and press dossiers.
  • Coordinate with the press agency and develop press tools.
  • Analyze media coverage and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate international press relations with key markets.
  • Draft presentations and guidelines for market distribution.
  • Support the deployment of Bold by Veuve Clicquot activations in France and other markets.
  • Coordinate logistics and production for Bold events such as masterclasses and dinners.
  • Develop content for both French and international markets.
  • Analyze press coverage and provide feedback and best practices.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and share communication trends.
  • Support press material stock management and budget tracking.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to journalists, influencers, and VIPs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a communication agency is preferred.

Skills

Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English. Strong writing skills in both French and English. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Operational rigor. Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive.

Experience

Entry-level experience is acceptable, but prior experience in a similar role or communication agency is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field.
