LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an International Marketing Operations Intern in Levallois-Perret (July–Dec 2026) to support launches, market coordination and performance reporting.

Overview

LVMH Fragrance Brands is the perfumes and cosmetics arm within the LVMH group, housing Maison names such as Givenchy Parfums and Kenzo Parfums. The entity operates as an incubator for beauty brands and talent, combining couture heritage with entrepreneurial, cross-disciplinary teams to develop fragrance, makeup and skincare projects for global markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of operational marketing activities and contribute to 360° launch plans in coordination with internal partners (marketing development, merchandising, digital, training).
  • Produce ad hoc analyses (competitive bench, sell-in / sell-out reviews) and deliver actionable recommendations to monitor project performance.
  • Coordinate with regional subsidiaries to accompany markets on daily requests and follow up operational needs (samples, communication tools, visuals, product requests).
  • Track and analyse sell-in, sell-out and sell-through performance metrics; prepare quantitative and qualitative launch debriefs.
  • Contribute to cross-functional communication and ensure timely execution of marketing assets for launch and ongoing activations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university with a specialisation in Marketing or Luxury.
  • First internship or professional experience in marketing or the luxury/beauty sector is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with rigorous organisation and attention to detail.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (indispensable).

Experience

Entry-level — student status required; previous internship experience in marketing or the luxury/beauty sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
