Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce editorial and multimedia content for the company intranet and Maison application: written reports, news notes, photo and video assets that reflect internal life and corporate values.
  • Manage and enrich internal digital platforms, ensuring timely publication and high editorial quality.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise the performance and reach of internal digital communications.
  • Contribute to the conception and delivery of internal events (meetings, conventions, team activations) with an emphasis on societal engagement and employee well‑being.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture stories from operations, vineyards and Maison activities; support asset production (shooting, editing, publishing).

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in or completion of Bac+4/+/5 (Master’s level) in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
  • Proven editorial aptitude: clear, adaptable writing and an eye for storytelling.
  • Practical skills in photography and basic video capture/editing; portfolio or examples are an asset.
  • Organised, rigorous and autonomous with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Creative sensibility and an ability to translate brand values into engaging internal content.

Experience
