Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the roll-out of sustainable purchasing strategies for indirect categories such as Marketing and Communication, Transport and Logistics, and Retail Operations.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and key suppliers to promote sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist in risk mapping for indirect categories in collaboration with Category Managers and Maison stakeholders.
  • Support the Purchasing and Environment departments on supplier programs aligned with the group's sustainable roadmap.
  • Contribute to the energy buying strategy, including contract management and business reviews with key partners.
  • Participate in industry events organized by key suppliers and monitor defined KPIs.
  • Coordinate and conduct internal meetings to facilitate participation in training programs related to purchasing.
  • Update training program tools to ensure access to high-quality materials, including those focused on sustainable sourcing.
  • Contribute to reporting on training performance and tool updates.
  • Engage in ad hoc initiatives such as reporting tool development and purchasing policy creation.
  • Organize events for the LVMH Purchasing Academy and sustainability initiatives.
  • Maintain close collaboration with sourcing teams in Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, and the USA.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business, with a specialization in Purchasing or Sustainability preferred.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, sociable and attentive. Hands-on spirit with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently. Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects with integrity in a complex environment. Accuracy and reliability, with proficiency in figures and databases. Advanced Excel skills, strong PowerPoint presentation abilities, and familiarity with Power BI. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to purchasing or sustainability initiatives.

Education

Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
