Indirect Procurement Intern

Overview
LVMH Fragrance Brands brings together two emblematic beauty Maisons — Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo Parfums — within the LVMH group. Role & Responsibilities
- Support an assigned buyer across all facets of indirect procurement activities, including supplier engagement and preparation for negotiations.
- Contribute to category projects such as creating a supplier catalogue to reduce supplier proliferation and developing a consolidated sourcing book for factory consumables to optimise spend.
- Perform data analysis and prepare documentation and pre-contract materials to enable buyer decision-making.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to supplier setup, purchase requisitions and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4 or higher program (business school or engineering school) with a specialization in purchasing/procurement.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset, rigor and organisational discipline suited to a luxury environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client service orientation and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity and capacity to propose improvements autonomously.

Entry-level — open to students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required; suitable for candidates seeking a minimum 6-month internship or a 12-month alternance in procurement.
Education
Enrollment in a Bac+4 (fourth year/postgraduate) program in business or engineering with a focus on purchasing/procurement.
