Role & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive HR payroll tasks, including taxation and statutory administration, for assigned fashion brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Provide monthly payroll reports for the Finance department.
- Support monthly and annual reporting processes, including data collection and submission to regional or HQ offices.
- Ensure compliance with ordinances and internal policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain continual compliance within the internal HR system and payroll processes.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Singapore payroll; regional payroll exposure is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, with knowledge of employment law and payroll practices.
- Experience in coordinating with payroll vendors.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, with a focus on Singapore and regional exposure being beneficial.
