Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive HR payroll tasks, including taxation and statutory administration, for assigned fashion brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
  • Provide monthly payroll reports for the Finance department.
  • Support monthly and annual reporting processes, including data collection and submission to regional or HQ offices.
  • Ensure compliance with ordinances and internal policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Maintain continual compliance within the internal HR system and payroll processes.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Singapore payroll; regional payroll exposure is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, with knowledge of employment law and payroll practices.
  • Experience in coordinating with payroll vendors.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills. Reliable follow-through on tasks.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, with a focus on Singapore and regional exposure being beneficial.
