Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational maintenance of the HRIS with a comprehensive view across Holdings & Other Activities.
  • Coordinate interfaces with peripheral systems such as payroll, OKTA, and Concur.
  • Provide functional support and expertise to deployed entities.
  • Monitor and coordinate the resolution of anomalies, incidents, and support requests.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of HR data across operating systems.
  • Integrate MyHR into the group ecosystem via Talent Connect.
  • Coordinate the HRIS support team across various levels.
  • Drive digital transformation of HR processes, prioritizing and managing optimization projects.
  • Promote a data-driven HR culture by guiding teams in data utilization.
  • Lead HRIS evolution requests in collaboration with technical support.
  • Maintain awareness of SuccessFactors updates and HRIS best practices.
  • Act as a business partner to HR teams within Holdings & Other Activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Tech teams on HRIS matters.
  • Manage budgetary aspects related to MyHR support and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HRIS management.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Strong result orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and their system implementation.
