Veuve Clicquot — HR Recruitment & Development Apprentice in Reims. Apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 to manage CDD recruitment for production and cuverie.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the pool of fixed-term (CDD) production and cuverie staff: forecast needs, source candidates, prescreen applications and conduct interviews and selection tests.
  • Coordinate onboarding and administrative formalities for newly hired CDD employees and ensure appropriate induction and training in production and cuverie.
  • Maintain and review the CDD workforce plan with workshop managers (revue CDD) and manage candidate rejections and communication.
  • Design and implement recruitment tests and a dedicated welcome booklet for CDD hires; develop relationships with local schools and training providers.
  • Administer annual and professional performance interviews for the Development team and report on recruitment KPIs across the team.
  • Manage recruitment volumes and workforce monitoring (approx. 55 FTE CDD across production and 10 FTE CDD in cuverie over the year).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an HR, business administration or equivalent apprenticeship programme (Bac+2 to Bac+5 level) at the time of recruitment.
  • Foundational knowledge of French labour law (contracts, management of CDD contracts).
  • Familiarity with HR administrative processes and payroll-related procedures.
  • Strong organisational rigor, discretion, availability and a collaborative mindset.

Experience

Entry-level / débutant. Suitable for candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or first experiences in recruitment or HR administration are advantageous.

Education

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship contract required).
