LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks an HR Intern in Brussels for a 6-month on-site internship supporting recruitment, employer branding and HR operations.

Overview

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is the beauty division of the LVMH Group, housing an array of prestigious perfume and cosmetics Maisons such as Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo and Benefit. Operating within the wider LVMH ecosystem, the division combines luxury craftsmanship with global commercial and marketing expertise to develop and promote iconic beauty brands across international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of intern recruitment for Belgium and the Netherlands: draft and post vacancy notices, screen CVs, conduct interviews, track applications, communicate outcomes and debrief hiring managers.
  • Support the HR Business Partner with employee recruitment activities and respond to spontaneous applications.
  • Draft and prepare internship agreements, employment contracts and maintain personnel files and new-hire/leaver documentation.
  • Design and execute an employer branding and school-relations strategy: establish partnerships with universities, alumni networks and agencies; organise and attend recruitment events and forums.
  • Develop attraction initiatives and propose creative channels to source early-career talent.
  • Coordinate internal HR communications: prepare the monthly newsletter, compile reports for CE/CPPT meetings, and update organisational charts.
  • Act as primary point of contact for trainees within the organisation and contribute to ad hoc HR projects (trainings, CSR initiatives, people development and internal enquiries).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in HR practices with a clear motivation to develop in an international luxury environment.
  • High standards of ethics, integrity and confidentiality when handling employee information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; working knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational aptitude, administrative rigour and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team setting.

Experience

Beginner level; prior internships or academic projects in HR, recruitment, campus relations or communications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Business Administration or a closely related field.
