Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including job description collection, CV selection, and candidate pre-screening.
  • Support the integration and engagement of the intern and apprentice community through event organization and administrative support.
  • Aid in the implementation of training programs, including logistical management and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to talent development projects and monitor learning data.
  • Assist in communication and engagement initiatives, including survey reporting and internal announcements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate-level business school, IEP, or equivalent university specializing in HR.
  • At least one relevant experience in HR.

Skills

Autonomous and proactive with a strong sense of organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Experience

Entry-level experience in HR, suitable for those beginning their career in human resources.

Education

Currently enrolled in a graduate-level program specializing in HR.
