Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing talent-related events, such as retail communities and HR meetings.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on talent program implementation.
- Participate in the Group Retail Management Trainee program, providing operational support.
- Engage with retail talents to understand development needs and provide feedback.
- Update and maintain the talent database with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Maison HR teams to align talent management strategies with broader HR initiatives.
- Support ad hoc projects within the talent management team.
- Assist in NextGen recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in talent management or a similar role within the retail sector.
