Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic workforce reporting, including monthly and annual data collection, quality control, and validation.
- Ensure data integrity through precise tracking of retroactive updates and adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with local HR teams to maintain data reliability.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of HR reporting procedures.
- Produce monthly reports for central teams.
- Manage, verify, and update access and roles within group reporting tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting systems.
- Respond to ad hoc HR data and KPI requests from key internal clients.
- Support the organization and facilitation of HR Controlling community meetings.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) with a focus on Social Management Control, Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analysis, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in data analysis, HR information systems, and the luxury sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and autonomy.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and HR is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
