LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks an HR Controller in London to manage HR budgeting, reporting and people analytics for designated brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the HR budget for designated brands, including monthly tracking of headcount and staff costs.
  • Maintain and validate HR master data (cost centres, analytical structures) to ensure accuracy of reporting and payroll exports.
  • Prepare, analyse and present monthly and ad-hoc HR reports, including commission data and staffing cost breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Finance and Recruitment to deliver cost forecasts and staffing scenarios.
  • Develop and monitor HR KPIs, provide insight-driven recommendations and support annual audit processes.
  • Support projects related to compensation and pay (e.g., commission scheme updates) and act as key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial controlling or HR/people analytics, ideally within retail or luxury goods.
  • Proven expertise in financial controlling: cost centres, P&L analysis and staff costing.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to present complex analyses succinctly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing recurrent reporting with ad-hoc analytical projects.

Experience

At least 5 years' relevant experience in finance controlling or HR controlling, with demonstrated exposure to payroll processes, commission schemes and reporting in a retail or luxury environment preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience.
