LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an HR and Employee Relations Assistant in Levallois-Perret, France for an apprenticeship in HR, social dialogue and labour law.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support employee relations activities: prepare professional elections, coordinate meetings with employee representative bodies (CSEC and central commissions) and contribute to negotiations with recognised trade unions.
  • Organise and document social dialogue: ensure meeting logistics and follow-up (action tracking, minutes, filing of agreements, internal communications, BDESE updates).
  • Draft and format company and establishment agreement proposals and related documentation.
  • Consolidate HR reporting and social dashboards (social report, professional equality index, climate indicators) to inform leadership and negotiations.
  • Conduct social studies and legal analyses (legislative framework, benchmarking) and contribute to HR project management that may lead to negotiations or consultations.
  • Provide legal watch and advisory support to the HR community on collective and individual labour law; prepare company-specific legal content (impact of draft laws, jurisprudence analysis).
  • Drive campus relations and talent intake: organise recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, manage applications and interviews, liaise with hiring managers and monitor internship/apprenticeship follow-up.
  • Contribute to initiatives in CSR, Diversity & Inclusion and other HR-related projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Labour Law, Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
  • First professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in social law, employee relations or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of French labour law (collective and individual) and social dialogue processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills, rigour and ability to draft formal documents and meeting minutes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work collaboratively with managers and employee representatives.
  • Proactive mindset, initiative and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
