Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in field inspections and promote prevention measures among operational teams across production and vineyard sites.
- Identify hazardous situations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to incident and near‑miss investigations, producing factual analyses and recommended actions.
- Design and deliver safety awareness and training activities for operational staff.
- Develop, update and maintain safety communication materials and operational guidance documents.
- Conduct technical and regulatory research and synthesize findings into practical, operational briefs.
- Support cross‑functional HSE projects (risk prevention, chemical risk, QVCT) according to level of autonomy.
- Maintain accurate reporting, KPIs and dashboards to track HSE activity and follow‑up actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or preparing a Bac+3 level (or higher) diploma in Health & Safety / HSE or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of occupational risk prevention principles and the applicable regulatory framework (French Labour Code and risk assessment methodologies).
- Awareness of industrial risks: manual handling, machinery, chemical hazards, vehicle circulation and co‑activity.
- Proficiency with office tools: Excel and PowerPoint (SharePoint and Power BI are advantages).
- Ability to perform technical and regulatory research and produce concise operational summaries.
- Strong organisational skills, reliability and a field‑oriented mindset.
- Driver's license (Permis B) and willingness to travel across the Champagne basin.

Entry‑level / student profile. Suitable for candidates with little or no professional HSE experience who are currently enrolled in an HSE-related degree and seek practical, multisite industrial exposure.
Education
Preparing a Bac+3 (or equivalent) diploma in Health & Safety / HSE or a related discipline.
