Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients with existing reservations.
- Inform guests about available offerings, including tours, Café Clicquot, and the boutique.
- Ensure high-quality customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Oversee the proper execution of payment transactions.
- Provide information on nearby services such as restaurants and transportation.
- Manage the opening and closing of the sales point, including setup and cleaning according to procedures.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French with a good command of English.
- Strong organizational skills.
