Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct olfactory and analytical controls on raw materials and fragrance compositions according to control instructions.
  • Perform olfactory checks on all packaging samples of products filled on-site or received from subcontractors.
  • Execute organoleptic assessments.
  • Carry out physico-chemical tests using CPG, GC-MS, spectrocolorimeter, refractometer, densimeter, and water dosage according to established standards.
  • Conduct environmental controls, including microbiological testing of water, air, and surfaces.
  • Participate in the management of quality non-conformities.
  • Release product batches in the SAP system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry with olfactory training such as ISIPCA/ESP.
  • Attracted to the fields of chemistry, perfumery, and industry.
  • Passionate about fragrant molecules and perfumes.

Strong adherence to safety instructions and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Creativity and ability to propose solutions. Rigorous, proactive, solution-oriented, and agile. Pursuit of excellence in all projects. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry with specialized olfactory training.
