LVMH — Employer Branding Intern in Paris (6‑month internship, July 2026) supporting the INSIDE LVMH programme with content, community and platform management.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and animate the INSIDE LVMH platform in coordination with the platform editor to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Lead end-to-end promotion of the INSIDE LVMH Certificate programme (launch campaign begins September 2026).
  • Produce and publish content for the platform and certificate (articles, videos, podcasts) in collaboration with Maisons and external content agencies.
  • Oversee community management on the platform and produce monthly newsletters.
  • Design and maintain quarterly dashboards, including quantitative analysis of Certificate performance.
  • Monitor and source content across internal and external sites and social channels for publication on the platform.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (final-year Master's) programme.
  • Excellent English, written and spoken; basic French is a plus.
  • Highly organized, rigorous and responsible with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in dashboarding and performance analysis.
  • Creative with a strong affinity for digital media and social trends.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign) is an advantage.

Experience

Entry-level internship role; open to candidates enrolled in a Master 2. Prior internships or academic projects in communications, digital marketing or HR-related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
