Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement impactful employee development programs to foster continuous learning and career progression.
- Lead the Organizational Management Review to identify and nurture key talents.
- Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate regional talent initiatives with the global strategy.
- Enhance internal mobility experiences in collaboration with the wider LVMH Group.
- Lead the nomination process for LVMH HOUSE programs, strategically assigning learning experiences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
- Lead the executive recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with leaders to define staffing needs and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Enhance LVMH Fashion Group’s employer brand through targeted marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the talent development and acquisition team.
- Champion DEI initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in talent development or acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing recruitment and development strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Passion for the fashion industry and a deep understanding of the market.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
