Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the animation, monitoring, and optimization of LVMH's Corporate Digital Communication across internal and external platforms.
  • Coordinate projects with key stakeholders, including internal partners (IT, Financial Communication, Human Resources, CSR, Maisons, Regional Holdings) and external agencies (web, specialized agencies, translators).
  • Oversee updates and maintenance of digital platforms such as the LVMH website and the 'Voices' intranet.
  • Monitor content, functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, and technical updates of digital platforms.
  • Develop digital activations to highlight news, initiatives, commitments, and key annual events.
  • Contribute to user journey strategy.
  • Support project backlog management for LVMH.com.
  • Assist in launching an internal mobile application and ad hoc or event-specific websites.
  • Track performance and visibility metrics, producing monthly and annual reports.
  • Manage organic and paid digital platform SEO strategies.
  • Distribute monthly newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Conduct research on new digital trends and innovations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in communication (e.g., Celsa, Sciences Po, Business School, University).
  • Previous experience in a communication agency or corporate communication department.

Skills

Excellent writing skills with strong spelling and grammar. Proficiency in digital communication codes. Familiarity with CMS and Google Analytics is advantageous. Curiosity, attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Fluency in English.

Experience

Candidates should have beginner-level experience, ideally with exposure to communication agencies or corporate communication departments.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field.
