Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process firm customer orders transmitted by sales representatives, entering them into the system and resolving any issues such as credit, quotas, pricing, and stock availability.
- Validate orders for delivery and monitor the progress of the order portfolio.
- Inform clients and the sales team about stock availability, including acknowledgments and pro forma invoices.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure the quality of service and prompt processing of customer orders.
- Manage returns and product destructions.
- Balance workload for order preparation and ensure sufficient capacity for national and international shipments.
- Organize transport consolidation and issue shipping documents.
- Create and track shipment files, including invoices and transport documents.
- Manage documents related to order tracking, ensuring compliance with internal procedures from order registration to final delivery.
- Analyze stock management anomalies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a BTS or Bachelor's degree in International Trade.
Skills
