CSR Project Officer (Apprenticeship)
LVMH — Paris: CSR Project Officer (Apprenticeship). 1-year apprenticeship starting Sept 2026 in the Group's Social Responsibility department.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management and coordination of international corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects across the Group's Maisons.
- Contribute to CSR reporting campaigns: aggregate and analyse data submitted by Maisons and help prepare materials for internal and external communications.
- Perform benchmarks and analyses of Health & Safety best practices to inform Group-wide initiatives.
- Assist with CSRD-related tasks and other regulatory or compliance-oriented sustainability activities.
- Animate CSR networks and participate in RSE/HR project meetings, preparing presentations and delivering updates to stakeholders.
- Draft articles, communication kits and other content for internal and external audiences to promote CSR activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed a Master's-level program (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Sustainable Development or a closely related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to represent the Group's values of innovation, excellence, entrepreneurial spirit and commitment.
Skills
Experience
Early-career level; suitable for candidates with academic preparation in HR/CSR/sustainability and prior internship experience in reporting, HR projects or sustainability initiatives is a plus.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development or equivalent (enrolment in an apprenticeship program required).
