Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement group-wide initiatives, including apprenticeship training programs.
  • Develop and execute communication and awareness campaigns both in France and internationally.
  • Support and organize events for HR, managers, and employees.
  • Provide counsel, assistance, and resources to brands and countries on recruitment, employment retention, and disability recognition.
  • Assist in the deployment of training across the group, both in France and internationally.
  • Aid in the annual disability reporting process.
  • Support budget management for the Disability Mission.
  • Contribute to the Inclusiv’Day event.
  • Foster relationships with the ARPEJEH association.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university or business school with a strong interest in corporate social and societal issues.

Skills

Proficiency in English. Experience in HR/CSR internships is preferred.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with prior internships in HR or CSR being advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
