Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily and project-based support for corporate communications in China.
  • Assist with the daily operations and management of the group's WeChat accounts, including content planning, bilingual copywriting, proofreading, and coordination with external partners.
  • Support the daily operations and content management of the LVMH China website, including proofreading press releases and coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Participate in internal meetings, including planning and execution, logistical arrangements, and on-site support.
  • Prepare meeting materials and presentations.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks of the department.
  • Coordinate daily communications with the corporate communications team at the French headquarters.
  • Participate in other corporate communications projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent writing skills in both languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with at least one graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, project management, and adaptability skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and innovative thinking.
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, maintaining student status during the internship.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with corporate communications or related fields is advantageous.
