Role & Responsibilities

  • Source profiles on job boards and CV databases.
  • Conduct direct candidate outreach and preliminary phone screenings.
  • Perform initial HR interviews and provide feedback to managers.
  • Coordinate with managers to organize and track recruitment processes.
  • Draft and send employment offers.
  • Communicate with recruitment agencies and temporary staffing firms to convey hiring needs and receive applications.
  • Participate in the administrative integration of new employees.
  • Draft employment contracts.
  • Monitor probationary periods.
  • Track residency permits and various HR reports.
  • Prepare, organize, and participate in employee onboarding sessions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business or HR program (Bachelor's or Master's level).
  • Prior experience in recruitment, familiar with sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Strong interest in multicultural environments.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, versatile, and discreet.
