Role & Responsibilities
- Source profiles on job boards and CV databases.
- Conduct direct candidate outreach and preliminary phone screenings.
- Perform initial HR interviews and provide feedback to managers.
- Coordinate with managers to organize and track recruitment processes.
- Draft and send employment offers.
- Communicate with recruitment agencies and temporary staffing firms to convey hiring needs and receive applications.
- Participate in the administrative integration of new employees.
- Draft employment contracts.
- Monitor probationary periods.
- Track residency permits and various HR reports.
- Prepare, organize, and participate in employee onboarding sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business or HR program (Bachelor's or Master's level).
- Prior experience in recruitment, familiar with sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong interest in multicultural environments.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, versatile, and discreet.

Entry-level experience in recruitment is required.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
