Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking information or reservations at partner boutiques through various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Provide pre-sale support by advising customers on product availability and reservations, and assisting with navigation on partner websites.
  • Deliver personalized customer experiences during the sales process by presenting iconic models and facilitating online orders.
  • Uphold the luxury standards and excellence of the represented Maison, ensuring customer loyalty and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Focus on post-sale solutions, managing after-sales claims, and fostering customer loyalty through follow-up calls and exclusive event invitations.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, French, and Spanish at CEFR level C1 or higher.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and adaptability to new technologies.
