Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and external communication strategies for LVMH Client Services, enhancing the employer brand internally.
  • Develop and execute the annual communication plan to align with strategic objectives.
  • Create and manage communication materials such as newsletters, intranet content, and internal videos.
  • Ensure message consistency and provide communication support for internal stakeholders.
  • Support HR initiatives by promoting employee programs, career paths, and recruitment efforts.
  • Facilitate the adoption of transformation projects by emphasizing their significance.
  • Coordinate employer brand communication externally through social media and job boards.
  • Organize and manage company events, both internal and within the LVMH Group.
  • Transform events into engagement and adherence opportunities.
  • Oversee event logistics and stakeholder coordination.
  • Analyze post-event feedback and propose improvements.
  • Manage event budgets.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement action plans based on survey findings.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and recognition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Communication.
  • Significant initial experience in similar roles, preferably within an HR department.

Skills

Proficiency in current communication tools (Office 365, Canva, generative AI). Ability to comprehend and translate strategic business objectives into targeted communication. Excellent written communication skills in both French and English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and external networks. Curiosity and interest in staying updated with communication and digital innovations.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within an HR department.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Communication.
