Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring various application solutions such as Salesforce and Genesys.
- Provide Level 1 support for telephony tools (Genesys) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Monitor and manage the integration of incoming and outgoing data flows via ETL.
- Participate in internal projects related to remote customer experience solutions.
- Support project evolution including integrator relations, drafting reports, implementing processes and technical documentation, and overseeing testing and production.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in engineering or equivalent, seeking a final-year internship.
- Previous experience with SAAS solutions is appreciated.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate with partner brands.
- Understanding of system integration principles and different types of integration (API, ETL, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying.
