Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling of small leather goods, handbags, accessories and fragrance.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations to discerning clients, including private viewings and personalized presentations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, regular follow-up, and bespoke service aligned to client preferences.
  • Use clienteling tools and systems to record client profiles, purchase history and preferences to inform a personalized sales approach.
  • Represent the brand at client events, product launches and off‑hour appointments to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Process sales transactions and after‑sales service in accordance with company protocols and loss‑prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in luxury retail, preferably specialising in leather goods, handbags or accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets within a premium or luxury environment.
  • Deep knowledge of small leather goods, handbags, accessories and fragrance categories.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade a high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and client events outside standard store hours.
