BVLGARI is hiring a Client Advisor in Boston, MA to deliver luxury clienteling, drive sales and represent the brand at private events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless, highly personalised luxury experience at every client touchpoint, embodying BVLGARI’s heritage and values.
  • Master and apply the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony to tailor presentations and recommendations to each client’s lifestyle and motivations.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients; expand the client portfolio via referrals, outreach and personalised follow-ups.
  • Utilise CRM tools and data-driven insights for clienteling, pipeline management and retention strategies.
  • Represent the brand at private client events, in-store activations and high-profile engagements as a BVLGARI ambassador.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, inventory control, daily opening/closing and overall store readiness.
  • Support special projects and high-profile client requests, coordinating with store leadership to ensure exemplary service.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or high-jewellery sales with demonstrable results against sales targets.
  • Demonstrable experience engaging and servicing high-net-worth clientele with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in luxury storytelling and brand heritage communication.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven and entrepreneurial in approach to client development.
  • Proficient with CRM software and digital clienteling tools; comfortable with basic retail technologies.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving an international clientele.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive luxury retail or high-jewellery sales experience, with a proven record of engaging high-net-worth clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, fashion or related field preferred.
