Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed counter productivity targets by setting clear weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members aligned with company expectations and KPIs.
• Utilize technology for sales and customer reporting and recording.
• Implement the Relational Signature daily to ensure the highest level of service and brand goal achievement.
• Monitor and report key competitor activities to the team and Area Manager weekly.
• Plan and execute weekly on-counter events to maximize sales.
• Maintain an effective customer loyalty VIP system and strong CRM.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain correct stock levels and report concerns to the Area Manager weekly.
• Communicate company strategy and objectives to the team.
• Provide regular coaching and conduct monthly performance reviews for team members.
• Support recruitment by conducting first-stage interviews and auditions.
• Manage counter administration and reporting, adhering to deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
• Ensure team grooming aligns with company guidelines.
