Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Home team in the commercial development of the visitor centre, boutique, Clicquot café and On‑Trade event offers.
  • Contribute to project management: participate in strategic planning and operational follow‑up for new commercial initiatives and marketing offers.
  • Deliver on‑site presence during peak periods in the boutique and café; proactively engage clients and conduct sales.
  • Coordinate events: handle administrative, logistical and operational follow‑up from planning through to close‑out.
  • Monitor commercial performance daily across Brand Home channels; analyse KPIs and recommend levers for improvement.
  • Conduct competitive and trend benchmarking in hospitality, retail and Brand Home activity to inform the team.
  • Prepare and support team meetings and client appointments, ensuring effective follow‑up on decisions and actions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent programme and seeking an apprenticeship (alternance).
  • Rigorous, proactive and commercially minded with a strong client orientation.
  • Excellent team spirit, creative sensibility and a pronounced affinity for the luxury sector.
  • Professional level of English.
  • Proficiency in PackOffice.

Experience

Entry level — suitable for students with little or no prior professional experience; this apprenticeship is intended as a learning and development platform within the Brand Home team.

Education

Enrolled in a Business School (Bachelor or Master cycle) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
