Assistant Media Project Manager (Intern)
LVMH seeks an Assistant Media Project Manager (Intern) in Paris to support EMEA media reporting, agency performance measurement and events.
Overview
LVMH is the global leader in luxury, encompassing dozens of maisons across fashion, leather goods, perfumes & cosmetics, watches & jewelry, wines & spirits and selective retailing. The LVMH Media team is a central Group function that optimises paid-media purchasing, defines media agency frameworks and produces data-driven media intelligence to support the Houses across markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support EMEA media project management by preparing presentations and conducting analyses across channels (press, outdoor, television, digital).
- Contribute to the design, consolidation and deployment of budgetary reporting tools and financial consolidation templates.
- Validate the quality, coherence and timeliness of media reports and datasets supplied by partner media agencies.
- Design, distribute and manage agency satisfaction questionnaires; collect, analyse and synthesise survey results for stakeholder reporting.
- Conduct regular media monitoring and press insertion tracking to identify trends and competitive activity in the luxury sector and beyond.
- Provide operational support for team activities and events (All Brands Meeting, Steering Committee), manage magazine library and maintain Houses contact lists.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (MRI, Houses, IT) and external partners (media agencies, publishers, ad networks) on project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) in business, engineering or equivalent.
- Available for an end-of-studies internship or a second-part gap internship (stage de fin d'études / césure).
- First professional experience in media—ideally at an agency, publisher/regie, or advertiser—is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- Strong organisational rigour, proactivity, adaptability and solid written communication skills.

Experience
Beginner level; a prior internship or short-term experience in media (agency, publisher/regie or advertiser) is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (business school, engineering school or equivalent).
