Assistant Media & Influence Coordinator
LVMH in Paris seeks an Assistant Media & Influence Coordinator (apprenticeship) to support global media, influencer campaigns and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of a 360° media strategy across EMEA, APAC, North America and LATAM, spanning social, digital, print, OOH/DOOH, radio, cinema and TV.
- Establish media activation calendars and lead media planning workflows from brief to launch, liaising with external agencies to evaluate, activate and optimise media investments.
- Coordinate global media relations and partnerships with LVMH Média, media owners and external partners to ensure consistent implementation across regions.
- Shape the Group-level influencer strategy and regional guidelines; coordinate campaign creation between influencer agencies, Maisons and internal teams.
- Select talent profiles and advise on content concepts; provide on-site support to talent during shoots and activations when required.
- Manage the press library and ensure assets are catalogued and accessible for campaigns and Maison needs.
- Collect and synthesise influence activation reports and media analyses, producing actionable recommendations and ad hoc campaign insights.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holder of a degree from a business school or a master's in communications (examples: CELSA, Sciences Po, grande école de commerce or equivalent university programme).
- First professional experience in a media agency or on the client/brand side.
- Excellent written skills with meticulous orthography and editorial quality.
- Strong knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem across digital and offline channels.
- Curiosity, organisational rigour, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English.
