Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present budget plans, monitor business performance against budget, and communicate variances and results.
  • Partner with brand teams to provide FP&A services, ensuring smooth execution of financial targets.
  • Support brand strategies by providing financial insights and optimizing cost structures.
  • Conduct financial planning and control, including sales performance tracking and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial support for counter simulations and profitability studies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and driving improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
