Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to UI and product design deliverables: wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring visual refinement and consistency with luxury brand guidelines.
  • Apply digital accessibility best practices in collaboration with the Digital Accessibility Center to create inclusive interfaces across web, mobile and internal tools.
  • Support qualitative UX research activities including user interviews, field observations and usability testing; synthesise findings into actionable insights and design recommendations.
  • Participate in co-design workshops and collaborative sessions with internal stakeholders and multiple Maisons to align product vision and user needs.
  • Assist in the management of the Experience Design community by preparing event materials, presentations and internal content.
  • Experiment with AI and emerging design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and research analysis.
  • Produce written knowledge-sharing content (articles, posts) for the LVMH intranet to disseminate UX learnings and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or about to enter a Bac+4/5 (Master-level) program in UX/UI Design, Product Design or a related design discipline.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, attention to typography, colour and art direction in digital interfaces.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and basic UX research methods.
  • Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with design systems and pattern-based UI workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is a plus.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong organisation, proactive attitude and high aesthetic sensitivity.

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for candidates with limited professional experience seeking an apprenticeship; practical coursework and portfolio projects in UX/UI or product design are expected.
