Louis Vuitton in Bari seeks a Welcomist & Runner Intern (Internship, part-time) to welcome clients and support packaging and stock operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients arriving in store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing waiting flows.
  • Coordinate with Managers and Client Advisors to ensure a seamless customer journey from arrival to departure.
  • Support luxury packaging and gift-wrapping to uphold presentation standards.
  • Contribute to stock activities including replenishment, product availability and maintaining a tidy, orderly sales floor.
  • Assist with basic visual merchandising and housekeeping tasks to preserve the store’s aesthetic and client experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail or other customer-facing roles (as stated).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, client-oriented demeanour.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work part‑time, on-site schedules including peak retail hours.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or client-facing positions, demonstrating polished customer service and familiarity with store operations.

High-school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in or recent completion of tertiary studies in commerce, hospitality, fashion or a related field is advantageous.
