Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the in-store ambassador for the Watches & Jewellery category, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise at every client interaction.
  • Provide expert, consultative advice on watches and jewellery — both style-led and technical — to discerning clients and to colleagues requiring advanced product support.
  • Proactively identify, cultivate and deepen client relationships to develop long-term business for the category and across the Maison.
  • Drive category sales performance and contribute to store results by initiating and executing selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure compelling presentation and with the Field Coach Trainer to upskill the team in product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Serve as the point of reference for complex client situations and competitive market intelligence within the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in watches & jewellery or high-end luxury retail with proven client advisory results.
  • Demonstrable technical familiarity with watch movements, materials and jewellery construction.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, polished professional presentation and strong clienteling capability.
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and transfer category expertise to the sales team.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience advising on watches and/or jewellery within luxury retail or a specialized boutique, with a demonstrable sales track record and experience handling high-value clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in watchmaking, gemology or jewellery sales is preferred but not mandatory.
