Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the store's Watch business while ensuring exceptional client service in alignment with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
• Act as a sales leader for the high watch category and successfully sell across the brand.
• Cultivate and develop team members within the watch category to ensure consistent knowledge, drive, and excitement.
• Achieve individual and team objectives and targets for Watches across the store.
• Support team members in identifying new Watch Clients.
• Create and implement specific action plans to drive business and maximize product category performance.
• Continuously develop the team's knowledge of the product category and relevant business information.

Qualifications

• Exceptional knowledge of the luxury Watch category and the overarching industry.
• Experience in driving results within a team environment.
• Hands-on experience in client development.
