Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate logistics activities related to raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
  • Manage national and international shipments, including export/import customs documentation.
  • Coordinate relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
  • Monitor delivery times, logistics costs, and service levels.
  • Support production planning based on logistics requirements.
  • Manage potential issues such as delays, returns, and non-conformities.
  • Optimize logistics processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare logistics reports and KPIs for management.
  • Coordinate and train logistics team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics roles, preferably in the footwear sector.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes. Proficiency in English. Advanced proficiency in management systems and analytical tools (advanced Excel). Leadership and coordination abilities. Strategic vision of the supply chain. Problem-solving and priority management skills. Precision and attention to detail. Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics roles is required.

Education
