Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities related to raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
- Manage national and international shipments, including export/import customs documentation.
- Coordinate relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
- Monitor delivery times, logistics costs, and service levels.
- Support production planning based on logistics requirements.
- Manage potential issues such as delays, returns, and non-conformities.
- Optimize logistics processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare logistics reports and KPIs for management.
- Coordinate and train logistics team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics roles, preferably in the footwear sector.
