Warehouse Administrative Clerk
Louis Vuitton — Warehouse Administrative Clerk in Tokyo (Itabashi). Responsible for receiving, inventory control, picking/packing and office support.

Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming repair items and spare parts using a handheld barcode terminal; verify item description, quantity and condition by visual inspection.
- Perform picking, packing and shipping operations, reconciling items with shipping documents and preparing parcels for dispatch.
- Operate the warehouse/inventory management system to assign storage locations, record stock movements and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate daily with store personnel, repair teams and logistics providers to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows.
- Provide administrative and team support, including meeting preparation, schedule coordination and procurement of office supplies.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate information flow and resolve operational queries.
- Adapt working methods and break schedules as required to support employees with disabilities; propose and implement reasonable adjustments.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant clerical, warehouse or logistics experience.
- Proven competency with Microsoft Word, Excel (including SUM, IF and AVERAGE functions), PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to operate handheld barcode scanners and learn inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organisational discipline.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- English or French communication ability is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of office or logistics/warehouse experience, including inventory handling, picking/packing and use of digital stock-control tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, supply chain or office administration preferred.
