Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as brand ambassador to ensure consistent, high-quality visual merchandising across all product categories.
- Coordinate window installations with the corporate Visual Merchandising team and local suppliers; manage product rotations for every window change.
- Plan, prepare and implement store zoning and interior merchandising rotations in collaboration with Store Management.
- Prepare product for installation (back-of-house preparation), update product locations in the RMS database and supervise physical installation.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager after each rotation.
- Actively coach and model visual merchandising standards for the store team to leverage VM as a driver of sales.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on business events, new launches and seasonal/permanent VM guidelines.
- Conduct daily visual maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards (lighting, windows, props and furniture).
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail.
- Proven experience with leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories and demonstrable proficiency in window installations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with the ability to coach colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Background in store planning strongly preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in visual merchandising within a luxury or specialty retail environment, with hands-on experience across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories and demonstrated competence in window installations and store planning.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred formal training or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion or Interior Design, or Retail Management.
