Role & Responsibilities
- Drive in-store visual merchandising strategy to enhance the client experience and business performance.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
- Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team to maximize business opportunities.
- Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
- Collaborate with the store team on business events, new launches, and special events.
- Train the store team on visual merchandising topics.
- Provide qualitative feedback to Regional and Corporate partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Visual Merchandising role.
- Expert knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and standards.
- Experience with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a Visual Merchandising role, with experience leading visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment.
