Role & Responsibilities

  • Support window installations in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager, Instore VM Team, and window contractor.
  • Manage product changes for window rotations.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute regular store rotations and coordinate zonings with Universe Managers, ensuring adherence to central guidelines.
  • Continuously review and align visual standards with the VM Manager to maintain high quality.
  • Maintain products meticulously, including preparation, booking into databases, and implementing new products as per guidelines.
  • Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Country Visual Merchandiser, EMEA VM Team, and Instore Team.
  • Act as an ambassador for visual merchandising, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm, and sharing this with the Instore Team.
  • Master knowledge of all product categories through regular cooperation with Universe and Team Managers and Experts.
  • Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales and develop business.
  • Collaborate with the Instore Team and FVM on business events and visual merchandising topics, based on sales trends and VM guidelines.
  • Implement store zonings for each product category with the Management Team, propose alternatives in case of shortages, and validate with the VM Manager.
  • Efficiently implement visual merchandising concepts for in-store events, including night shifts if necessary.
  • Share new zonings, arrangements, launches, or implementations with the Instore Team during morning briefings.
  • Proactively discuss planned rotations with responsible team members, organizing support and preparation.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
  • Check store maintenance and environment to uphold luxury retail standards, ensuring lighting, windows, props, and furniture are in excellent condition.
  • Support the VM Manager by reordering props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as needed.
  • Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the store's overall objectives.
  • Develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising
