Role & Responsibilities

  • Support window installations in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Instore VM Team.
  • Manage window product changes for each rotation.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute regular store rotations, ensuring alignment with central guidelines.
  • Review and align visual standards with the VM Manager to maintain high quality.
  • Maintain product integrity, including preparation and database management.
  • Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to the Country Visual Merchandiser and EMEA VM Team.
  • Act as an ambassador for visual merchandising, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with teams on business events and visual merchandising topics.
  • Implement store zonings for each product category in collaboration with management.
  • Efficiently execute visual merchandising concepts for in-store events, including night shifts.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Check store maintenance and environment to uphold luxury retail standards.
  • Support the VM Manager in reordering props and visual merchandising tools.
  • Participate in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
  • Develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising.

Skills

Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and execute them effectively. Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Ability to operate independently and accept constructive feedback. Interest in current and future design trends.

Experience

Entry-level with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising.
