Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Head Office and local suppliers for window installations and manage product changes for each rotation.
• Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations, ensuring product management and providing qualitative and photographic feedback.
• Collaborate with the Store Leadership Team on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Implement visual merchandising concepts for store events and maintain luxury retail standards through regular checks.
• Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
• Support the Store Leadership Team with daily operations, including floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties.
• Motivate and coach the team to enhance performance and client experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in visual merchandising within a high-profile luxury brand.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment is required.
