Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Head Office and local suppliers for window installations and manage product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations, ensuring product management and providing qualitative and photographic feedback.
- Collaborate with the Store Leadership Team on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts for store events and maintain luxury retail standards through regular checks.
- Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
- Support the Store Leadership Team with daily operations, including floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Motivate and coach the team to enhance performance and client experience.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in visual merchandising within a high-profile luxury brand.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment is required.
