Role & Responsibilities

  • Track and manage all incoming and outgoing samples for VIP events and fittings using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain the organization of the showroom and workroom to ensure a presentable environment.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for fittings, showcasing accurate sample availability.
  • Utilize Wearisma to track and update gifting and brand event activities.
  • Monitor social media coverage, identifying and compiling Louis Vuitton-centric content from influencers and talent into weekly reports.
  • Support large-scale product seedings for influencers and VIPs, ensuring proper packaging and delivery.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sample movements, including international loans.
  • Coordinate with messenger and courier services for timely sample transfers.
  • Provide support for special projects, including awards season, shows, and local events.
  • Propose new ideas for brand-right talent and influencers for consideration.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in Fashion PR, VIP, and influencer relations, preferably within the luxury or agency sectors.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency in Fashion GPS and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in Fashion PR, VIP, and influencer relations is preferred.
