Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels to clients in the Turkish market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution through innovative approaches and collaboration with other departments.
  • Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into systems and databases, maintaining data integrity.
  • Handle complaints and difficult situations with professionalism, ensuring effective resolution while upholding Louis Vuitton's high service standards.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Maison by embodying Louis Vuitton values and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Turkish, both verbal and written; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong sales and storytelling abilities.
  • Demonstrated customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in Turkish. Strong sales and storytelling skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering impeccable service. Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results on schedule. Punctuality and time-management skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

Experience

Background in luxury retail is a plus. Experience in customer service roles is beneficial.
