Role & Responsibilities

  • Process employee cash advances and manage cheque deposits.
  • Prepare payment cycles and execute manual payment entries (virements).
  • Transmit foreign exchange operations to the dealing room and coordinate FX actions.
  • Coordinate requests with internal stakeholders (accounting, banks) and external partners.
  • Maintain and respond to the France Treasury mailbox and animate the weekly treasury agenda.
  • Contribute to month‑end reporting and closing tasks; prepare and update treasury reporting.
  • Develop and populate Power BI dashboards and support treasury reporting automation.
  • Participate in treasury projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in treasury, finance or accounting (work‑study/alternance track).
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong numerical accuracy, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with treasury or accounting workflows and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient with Power BI and office software (Excel/Word/Outlook); ability to learn treasury systems quickly.

Experience
